Psychology Student - Supervised Practice

Jay Best is a PhD student in clinical psychology. Clinically, his interests include child development, Autism Spectrum Disorder, adolescent issues, and family interactions. Before starting graduate school, Jay worked as behavioural therapist providing provincially funded early behavioural intervention to children with ASD and their families. Jay’s research centers on the transition out of high school and into adulthood for people with ASD and their families. In his spare time, he enjoys playing music, cooking, and games with friends.

Jay is currently providing supervised assessments and therapy to children and adolescents one day per week via telehealth.
