Answers to frequently asked questions:
How long will it take for an opening to become available?
We cannot provide specific timelines as openings depend on the available staff. The majority of our openings occur because a family has completed services with us, which cannot be predicted.
Can we have sessions at home or at daycare/school?
All of our sessions are currently done at our centre (6 Deakin Street). We do not currently provide in-home services or sessions at a third party.
Can we have sessions on the weekend or in the evening?
Our program operates Monday to Friday, with a morning session that begins at 8:15, and an afternoon session begins at 12:45. Each session is 3.5 hours. We do not provide evening or weekend services.
How many sessions do families have per week?
When a program begins we speak to the family to determine the best number of sessions per their needs. We require a minimum of 2 sessions per week (total 7 hours).
