As Director of Operations and Human Resources, Eleanor (Jean-Louis) Klausmann oversees many areas of the organization.  Eleanor is an experienced Human Resources Professional, responsible for all areas of the HR function.  Eleanor has a strong vision for recruiting and retaining the best and brightest professionals.  Eleanor also directs many operational areas of the organization, particularly the CIP (Comprehensive Intervention Program).  Eleanor welcomes and works with all new clients in order to ensure that they receive the services that best meet their family’s needs.
