FAQ
We strive to offer timely services to families, but sometimes the number of waiting clients means that we temporarily close waitlists to specific services until the wait times are more reasonable. Usually, this occurs when services may be delayed a year or more from the initial point of contact.
If a waitlist is closed, it means that we cannot take additional client information for families interested in those specific services. We advise that families check our website for updates as to which services are currently accepting new clients, have a waitlist, or have a closed waitlist.
No, you do not need a doctor’s referral to make an appointment. We are a private clinic and can be contacted directly. Please see our Contact page for more information.
The wait time depends on which clinician you are seeing. Please contact Shannon MacDonald at 613-728-3808 for up to date information.
The cost of an assessment varies depending on an individual’s age and the amount of time spent. For more detailed information, please see our Assessment page, under Services.
The methods of payment vary between the individual clinicians.
Most of our clinicians accept Visa, Mastercard, and etransfers.
Please contact the clinician for more information about payment options. Contact information is available through the Our Team page and the Contact Us page.

It can be difficult to determine the CIP wait times as we have limited spaces due to staffing levels. We must wait for our current families to complete their programs before we can offer openings to clients on the waitlist.
No, the contract for our Comprehensive Intervention Program is open-ended. We require 2 month’s notice for termination of services.
